The accepted components are immediately implemented.

The IEP is made available for all personnel responsible for working with the student. 

Standard IEP fare

• An IEP meeting must be held at least once per year. ​

  • A parent or school personnel can request a meeting more frequently. Once per year is the minimum.​

• The IEP goals receive progress reports with the same frequency as non-special education progress reports.​
